Position Description & Responsibilities 

We are actively searching for a focused food runner and back-server who is committed to warm and genuine hospitality. Responsibilities include, opening/closing side work tasks related to your role, managing and taking ownership of your section, and maintaining a strong understanding of the menu. 

Position Requirements

• 1 years of relevant experience
• Flexible availability (daytime and evening-oriented schedules available)
• 4 shifts per week
• Willingness to train new team members
• Dedicated work ethic
• Multi-task with grace under pressure
• Ability to work efficiently for 6 hours on your feet
• Sincere interest in the art of hospitality, food and beverage
• Barista experience a plus

Compensation

• High Street will add a 20% service fee to all checks which will be used to pay competitive and equitable wages to our Front and Back of House teams as well as support the robust selection of benefits we offer.
• The starting hourly rate for a Support team member is dependent upon level and experience, ranging from $19 - $22 per hour.
